Bencomo was born May 1 August 1959 in San Francisco de Macaira, Altagracia de Orituco Guarico State Venezuela parents, Max and Maria Ramirez Bencomo Bencomo. Parents humble and field workers both Guariqueños has 12 brothers, Ernesto, Ramon, Aura Elias, Gladys, Wilfred, Louis, Eduarws, Walter, Dalia, Georgeth, Lilth. He studied primary school Abelardo A. Camoruco Mendez and Ramon High in high school good time.

Along with his fellow students formed groups of bagpipes and bonuses and a quintet of voices. Orchestras singer was Orituco solo boleros, merengue, salsa, guarachas and other musical genres. In year 79 is going to Caracas to study Industrial Engineering Venezuelan music and singing in almost all nightclubs in the Capital. In 1982 he met Luis Lozada "El Cubiro" who helps to integrate the Discomoda label. In the same year Simon Diaz as he named Rogelio Ortiz. In 1983 he released his debut album For Pretty Woman. Among those who helped him early in his career are: Omar Tovar, The Black Leal, Erasmo Perez, Pablo Arocha, Trino Bandres, Quentin Morales, Ramón Bencomo, Bencomo Gladys Simon Diaz, and others who made the discovery of this remarkable artist.
