Chepín Master Lee was born in Lezama de Orituco, 23 September 1936. From an early age I was inclined to painting.
He studied at the School of Visual Arts Christopher Rojas in Caracas in Rome pure art studies at the Center Cultural Francisco Pimentel estudia Dibujo Artístico y Publicitario.
Ha dedicado 46 años de labor artística a la Fuerza Armada Nacional, 26 de ellos al Salón de la Patria, templo donde se rinde culto a los héroes de la patria, reflejando por medio de sus murales y vitrales, una síntesis de la historia de Venezuela desde las primeras leyendas aborígenes hasta nuestros tiempos.

In the Hall of Miranda, Chepín Lopez pays tribute to this great hero that we can see through murals and stained glass to: Miranda Achiever, The Arc de Triomphe, The Evolution of the Flag and the national emblem, coat of states of Venezuela and complementing Room 2 windows, which represents Colombeia Project, which was to give freedom of America from the mouth of the Mississippi River to Cape Horn.
